Fair time

Our intention at the beginning of the summer was to go to the Ohio State Fair--but because of other commitments that hasn't happened. So instead-we visited the Wood County Fair and wandered through the livestock barns. Even though it was hot, the animals were staying cool in the shade---and the chicken cages each had a small fan in it to cool off its occupant. And we enjoyed an ice cream from the 4-H booth. So it was a good day. I may not enjoy my steaks for awhile though-after looking at the Grand Champion Beef Steer.
