I've often wondered if these oranges really work. Rumor has it that a few strategicaly placed orbs will keep mice and spiders out of your house! The autumn spiders are particularly nasty looking so I think I will give it a try. Don't be alarmed at the picture---if you look closely the spider is a glittery decoration!

we always use them at mom's.....that is when they haven't all been snatched up by the other locals.....there's a tree that grows along the river bank that drops hedge apples around this time of year.....
