Busy busy

Easter preparation is under way---but it is mild compared to what my mother and grandmother used to do. When they were finished-their entire house was spotless and Easter food was all prepared from scratch and then bundled in the finest table linen and taken to church to be blessed. And on Easter Sunday us kids were sporting new clothes---girls in patent leather shoes and matching purse and a straw hat. Happy Memories. I do have a clean house though---just don't look in my closets and I made a batch if Hungarian pastry. Not as good as my Mom's but getting better each time.
