Yes I CAN

Tomatoes are falling off the vine and I will not let one red beauty go to waste! I found a wonderful canned pasta sauce recipe online and it made 7 beautiful quarts. And this is still July! By the end of summer I hope to have a pantry full of canned sauce and salsa. We are so blessed with our garden this year since we changed over to raised beds. It is very satisfying to wander out and pick the makings for dinner. Next year-cukes and green beans will be added. And pickles and dill! Possibly an eggplant or two!
