Zucchini Boats
It is opening week of "zucchini season" and already we are being taken over by squash. Tonite we had zucchini boats, and this recipe is a winner-you can find the recipe here! Come over and we will send you home with a zucchini. Visit for a few hours and they grow so fast, we will send you home with 2 of them!

Oh, I LOVE Zucchini! Speaking of produce, I'm going to check out our Farmer's Market here in Pulaski next Saturday. I'm sure it won't compare to Erie Street but it will be interesting to see the difference just a few states away!

Oh darn! That is what happens when I don't check out the grammatics. The usual correction fanatic didn't take the time to edit. And now my ending with too, in the last post (above) is grammatically wrong. So, in your mind please change too 2 to. Not to mention that that whole sentence is a bit ackward. Oh well! That is the reason that I don't need to be critized by anyone else, I am too hard on myself already. How's that for overanalyzed truth?
